How it Works

Step 1: Choose Your Option

Voucher Selection– Choose between the Pay as You Go or Bulk Multi-Trip Package options. Depending on your client’s needs, you can select the type of trip and the number of rides required. This flexibility allows you to meet immediate or ongoing transportation needs efficiently.

Step 2: Payment & Agreement

Once you’ve selected your voucher option:

Payment Options: You can either pay immediately at the time of registration or select to receive an invoice. The invoice will be issued at the end of each trip and will be due upon receipt.

Digital Agreement: All purchases require the completion of our digital agreement, which will be signed electronically at the time of registration. This agreement outlines our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Step 3: Voucher Issuance

Upon completing your payment and agreement, you will receive an email containing:

For Pay as You Go: A single voucher number for immediate use.

For Bulk Multi-Trip Packages: A set of voucher numbers corresponding to the number of rides purchased.

This email will include detailed instructions for your clients to redeem their vouchers and schedule their rides with Heart of NC Transportation.

No. Vouchers are valid only for the trip specified at the time of purchase, and no additional stops or detours are allowed.

2. How do I cancel or reschedule a ride?
You must cancel or reschedule your ride at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our team. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe will result in a forfeited voucher.

3. How will I receive my voucher?
Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with your voucher number(s) and instructions on how to schedule the ride. Be sure to share this information with the client.
